How lucky we are to be welcoming back the beautiful goddess of oils .toppin 🪔

THIS Friday evening she is hosting a very special event at Lit Sauna and Space. The sauna provides the perfect venue to relax and to give yourself to a multi sensory experience. Using different scents to create a scrub, compress and mask Nisha introduces the ritual of essential oils into the sacred sauna space.

This year was LIT in so many ways!! 🔥🔥

What a year full of all the most incredible memories and experiences. It has been such a full and blessed year of learning, discovery and SWEAT.

Lit Sauna and Space would not be what it is today without the amazing practitioners, organisations, friends and events that work alongside me so thank you to you all for offerings, invitations, energy, support and nourishment.
