With Christmas looming, the schedule is a little inconsistent this month. No class this wknd (13th Dec). Sat 3rd Jan | 10 - 11 am | Thinking Fitness at Brixham | This particular Yoga sesh will be a dedicated 60 min Handstands Foundation class. So if you're interested in learning, struggling with technique or looking for tips and guidance - save the date! Non-members welcome - £6.

Handstands and Inversions Torquay | Beginner & Intermediate Training : Calisthenic Fitness, Arm-balances & Journey to Handstands. Level up your Yoga Practice and your general fitness repertoire. Good basic fitness level required. If you're a goal orientated personality, this is a great fitness class for you. Tuesdays 6pm ( upcoming Xmas schedule 9th, 16th ...then back on the 6th)

Tonight we Refine and Refresh. Looking at foundation drills and exercises. Good place to start for beginners - but don't worry if you can't make it this week, we offer beginner coaching every week!
