Hello everyone ❤️

I’ve been a bit MIA for quite sometime but I think I have a bit of an excuse 👶

We’ve been in a newborn bubble 🫧

Our baby boy was born on the 15th January and to say labour was horrendous would be an understatement (I’ve been told that quite often 3rd babies are the awkward ones). Unfortunately, I had to have an emergency csection and I totally underestimated the recovery 😳😭

I’ll be back soon 🌙✨

Hey lovely people,

Just a gentle note ahead of our Christmas session tomorrow. If you or your little one are feeling unwell in any way, we kindly ask that you don’t attend this session. We’ll have lots of babies with delicate immune systems, some vulnerable families joining us, and I’m also heavily pregnant, with Christmas so close, we’d hate for anyone to become poorly right before the festivities.

We completely understand how disappointing it can be to miss out, but everyone’s health and wellbeing is our top priority. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us keep our sessions safe for everyone 🎄🫶

Hello everyone 👋

I’m so sorry for being a little quiet on here lately. If im honest, pregnancy brain and exhaustion, along with everything else, has definitely caught up with me, and I just haven’t had the capacity to post as much as I’d like.

With that said, I now only have two Fridays left before I head off on maternity leave for a little while 🍼

Our sessions over the next couple of weeks are filling up very quickly, so please do book your spot as soon as possible if you’d like to join us🫶

Our Little Glow Halloween sessions are now LIVE and available to book - and you won't want to miss them! 🕷️🕯️
