Hi everyone, I am back with clients over the next few days so available for anyone looking to book appointments for January 2026. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas however you celebrated.
The days between Christmas and New Year can feel a little different in being slower, quieter, and often filled with mixed emotions. For some, it’s a welcome pause. For others, it can bring tiredness, reflection, or pressure to “reset” before the year ahead.
You don’t need to have big goals, deep reflections, or a perfectly planned New Year. Rest is productive and small moments of calm matter.
A few simple reminders for this week:
It’s okay to do less — your energy may still be recovering
Notice what feels nourishing, not what feels obligatory
Take a break from comparison and expectations
Focus on small comforts: fresh air, movement, good food, connection
You don’t need to rush into the next chapter. Let this space be a soft landing — a moment to breathe before the year unfolds.
