What women need in pregnancy is to be met by a midwife where they are…not where the system wants them. They need to surround themselves with people who will empower, support and love them. They need the outside noise if doubt and fear to be replace with ‘I see you…I hear you’.

When you come to the end of your pregnancy you do not need or have to be induced. It is not up to the Dr to allow you to more than T+10 it’s up to you if you want to choose an IOL or allow anything procedure to happen. Remember IOL is an offering of care not a mandate procedure. I urge you to seriously consider other options, trust birth and trust yourself over recommendations! Your body, your choices You are the most important person not the system or the Dr. Big love ✨💫✨

childbirth is a physiological process not a medical event. By interfering we are creating more problems than we are resolving. Women please learn about physiological birth, men please learn about physiological birth, women step into your power circle, men protect the woman’s circle. Get yourself a Doula, wise birthing woman…especially for your 1st birth. Know your capabilities, believe in yourself, trust yourself and stay away from the fear playground! I plea to you to empower yourself for the sake of birth and your future! ✨💫✨
