Take time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect — both with yourself and with others.
This four-session mindfulness course offers a calm, supportive space to explore presence and compassion in everyday life.
Each session includes:
🌿 Gentle mindful movement (with seated and standing options)
🌿 Guided breathwork and meditation
🌿 Optional sharing and group reflection
🎧 All meditations are recorded, so you can continue your practice between sessions.
