We love love our new yoga classes with Alex, but as we hit December its always a time when its hard to start something new - so we wanted to do a little double whammy incentive - amazing yoga & free! We want you to experience the magic of exploring movement & feel wonderful. This class is suitable for all from beginners to those enjoying a chance to explore with their yoga practice

Honestly these mean so much. I don’t have many notifications on my phone, but I do get an email when I get a review & it is such a lovely feeling - so thank you 🥹🙏 it truly does make such a difference
