100km trek is only a few months away, so the more time I can get on the feet the better.

Busy lives need a different strategy for training, and for me right now, its about doing little bits, and doing it often.

I love seeing the positive changes that the gym has on people, and the resulting happiness they have in their lives, this is why I coach.

I deliver simplistic and enjoyable sessions that are accessible to everyone, ensuring they make the most of the the gym and get the most from it.

I provide in-person one to one coaching, to build confidence, strength, and fitness.

Having a personal trainer is more than just having someone count your reps. I'm the anchor that keeps you accountable, ensuring that you show up for yourself in the gym. I'm the person that stands beside you to knock down the anxiety that you feel about the gym.

Ethan takes on this month's challenge as part of the VF challenge series!

Ethan smashed 60 reps at 60kg equalling a whopping 3600kg of volume in one set!!

This is from a few years ago, I enjoyed this match, I focused on staying offensive and trying to maintain a top position. I utilised the crossface, underhook, and the kimura grip to stay connected and put the pressure on.

I have a couple jiu jitsu workouts in my highlights if you want some quick workouts for the sport 💪

The February Challenge is here!!

The VF Challenge series

1 x Bodyweight, rounded up to the nearest 10kg. For me this was 90kg.

Max reps, no stopping, no rest. Just one unbroken set.

I put up 30 reps for my first attempt.
