Festive breakfast with a sprinkle of spice... Gingerbread overnight bix 🎄🔥! It takes minutes to prep, sets overnight and you wake up to a protein-packed breakfast with all the delicious festive flavours 🎄✨.
Just crush two wheat biscuits and mix with fat-free Greek yogurt and spices (like cinnamon and ginger). Top with banana and more yogurt, sprinkle with cinnamon and add a mini gingerbread man (2.5 Syns) – then just pop it in the fridge overnight. So simple and so tasty 😍!
