Hello everyone,

I had surgery on Tuesday and seem to have underestimated my recovery time. What I thought would only take a few days of rest has been a bit tougher than expected, and I’m still not feeling my best. Of course nothing is straight forward with this being me 🫣I’ll be taking things day by day next week, but Monday and Tuesday’s appointments will need to be rescheduled. If you don’t hear from me, please assume your appointment IS going ahead as planned. I’m being very well looked after by my family. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

This young girl came in to my clinic with 2 verrucas which were painful for her, causing her not to able to walk properly. After 6 sessions of verrutop both verrucas have gone just a little bit of scaring left with no pain. With a little patience and persistence this girl can now walk pain free!

Hello,

I am scheduled for surgery during the week commencing 14th October and have set aside that week for recovery. I hope to be returning on the Monday the 20th. All appointments previously booked for that period have been rescheduled.
I still have some availability in my clinic on 13th October, but these slots are filling quickly. If you would like an appointment, please book in advance so I can be sure to accommodate you.

Please note that any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full appointment fee. Payment for the missed appointment must be made within 24 hours and before any future bookings can be confirmed.
For any invoices issued (including missed appointments), payment must be made within 24 hours to avoid follow-up reminders which I seem to be doing more and more of recently.

As a self-employed professional, last-minute cancellations and delayed payments not only affect my income but also prevent others from taking the appointment slot I had reserved for you. This policy is in place to keep things fair for all clients and to ensure the smooth running of my business — much like you would expect from a dentist or other professional service.

I have worked tirelessly to build my business to where it is today, I’m sure you can understand my frustrations.
