For the first time in ages, I have booked two days off in a row. To be honest with you, I was feeling cranky, irritable, frustrated, emotionally 'heavy' and well, burnt out. Today, day one, I felt the vitality return to mind and body. I 'heard' the silence and felt inspiration return that had previously abandoned me.
I noticed today, my breathing steadied - I became fully 'present'. I tell you, what, it is helluva lot easier to stay on top of things if you don't have cram it all into one day off. I'm looking forward to an early night and further re-connection to my guides and the higher planes, as I drift into blissful slumber. Here's to relaxation!
