Massage isn’t just a physical treatment to me, it’s a transformative healing experience. It’s a time to reconnect with your body, release tension, and nurture yourself with care and love. As a qualified and insured massage therapist, I specialise in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Post-Natal Massage (trained with Suzanne Yates, a renowned bodyworker and birth educator), offering an intuitive approach tailored to each individual. Since 2023, I’ve been an Neuro-Linguistic Programming therapist, and as a coach since 2019, I’ve helped people overcome fears, shift limiting beliefs, and create lasting change. I’m trained with Ali Campbell in NLP and the Tony Robbins School for Coaching, specialising in supporting those with phobias and helping clients unlock their potential. Whether you’re seeking relief, clarity, or transformation, my sessions help you feel better and live better. I’m passionate about holding a safe space and seeing real improvements in my clients' wellbeing. Alongside my coaching and NLP work, I also help people who want to start, grow or scale their business (therapists, change makers, services which create an impact on people's lives)

Sundays have become one of my favourite moments of the week… the morning I send my Whispers newsletter.

Each letter is a little pause in time. A reflection. A story. A reminder to slow down, breathe, and notice the beauty in the everyday. ✨

This week, I wrote about the small things that make life feel alive...The apples scattered on the autumn ground, the pink skies at sunrise, connection, kindness, learning new things, and finding joy in the moments we often miss.
