Happy Friday, everyone 👋!

One of the most special moments from our anniversary celebration was surprising our three longest-standing team members — Debbie, Maria, and Sarah, with a special gift and stunning bokeh of flowers 💐. Two of whom have been with us for 19 of our 20 years, their loyalty, passion, and dedication each and every day have been an incredible part of the CareYourWay family 💜.

For nearly two decades, they’ve gone above and beyond to support people in their own homes — offering not just care, but reassurance, compassion, and consistency to the clients and families they’ve worked alongside 🤝🏡. This was our small way of saying thank you for everything they’ve given over the years, and for the difference they continue to make every single day 👏.

Our anniversary event was all about celebrating our team and our clients — and we’re so proud of every one of you, as well as each member of staff who makes what we do possible ✨.

Founded in 2005 in the beautiful countryside village of East Allington 🌿🏡, this was where our journey first began... Two decades later 🗓️, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and the lives we’ve been honoured to support along the way 💜.

To mark the occasion, we’ve invited our wonderful clients, amazing care teams, healthcare professionals, families, and friends to celebrate with us 🎈. With live music 🎶, delicious lunch bites 🥪, celebration cakes 🎂, speeches 🎤, photos 📸, arts and crafts 🎨, and more, it’s a day filled with gratitude and joy — and we can’t wait to share more with you soon ✨.
