With a wonderful Autumn behind us I am putting together our Spring programme (2025) for Queen Mary University AND launching our new app Mindful Study.
The App is available to QMUL staff and students and features customised Mindfulness practices to support study, alleviate exam stress and help with procrastination.
It's being tested by a group of Psychology students but we have already had plenty of positive feedback.
