After being blessed with another baby boy, I’ll be returning to work in November on reduced hours and will be available a couple evenings a week and one day during the week
Tuesdays between 17:30 and 22:00
Thursdays 09:30-14:45 and 17:30-22:00

My availability will expand early in the new year and I will also be available for mobile treatments again shortly, as well as having additional availability occasionally - all of which will be advertised on my stories via Instagram and Facebook.
I am also available for events, with some already booked in from December 💪

For members. I will be heading back to the gym in December to provide treatments there for all members on specific days. Membership discounts will continue to apply 🥋 🥊

With our babies due date being this Sunday, I’ve had to finally slow down and I am now on maternity leave for the next few weeks.
I anticipate returning to work, mid to end of November, potentially before
This will be at reduced hours to begin with, so for anyone wanting to pre-book, please get in touch

Another great day at another great event! 🔥

Yesterday I worked at the Luton Open BJJ competition at in Luton for 🥋

I met so many people, and was able to assist new and existing clients with soft tissue issues they needed help with pre and post fights.

I feel so privileged to be able to work at these events. Starting martial arts when I was just 4, to 30 years later, now being able to help my fellow enthusiasts with any issues they have is like a dream come true!

Being able to support my fellow team mates at is the cherry on top. Well done to all of you! Some team 🤍

Now being 7 months pregnant, this will be my last event until after the baby, I cannot wait for the next one!

Super early morning work with today at 😅

Misha had a great weekend competing in gi & no gi BJJ at 🥋 and is fighting this weekend at in Wolverhampton 🥊

Misha’s natural ability as a fighter is undeniable, he’s so exciting to watch and he’s only 19! He’s hungry! 💪

We’ve been working on loosening Misha up before fight night, working on some tightness he has by using sports massage, STR and MET.

It’s so important for everyone to maintain their bodies if they’re into sports or not. I’m doing so, we can help prevent injury, speed up recovery, improve circulation, flexibility and mobility and much more 💆

I feel so lucky to work in an industry I’m so passionate about 🤍

*Update*

From 28th July, mobile treatments will be stopping. As I’m getting bigger in my pregnancy and the weather is getting warmer, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to move my equipment around
Treatments will continue but will be from one of two locations
Beecroft Way, Dunstable
Or Castle Hill Road, Totternhoe
This will depend on the day and time

Prices will decrease by £10 as you will be traveling to me

Mobile treatments will continue once back from having my baby

What a day yesterday at at the supporting competitors pre and post fights 🥋 with massage and soft tissue therapy 💆

Great venue, and a fantastic day for competitors.
Was able to watch and support most of the fights of my team mates at too 🙏 .mcken You all did so well 🤙 coached by .leaver
