Really fancied some feta cheese so decided to create my own mash up of foods for lunch. Bloody yummy!
400kcal 40g carbs (6g fibre) 20g fat 16g protein
Half a pack of Wholegrain rice with quinoa & seeds
50g feta
Half a pepper
4 pecans broken up
Handful of Fresh coriander
Squeeze of lemon

To bump up my protein I follow up with some greek yoghurt with pistachios.
Great balance of macros all in one sitting.
