The Coach Me Slim & Trim™️ program offers an holistic progressive approach to achieving optimum health through coaching, nutrition and personalised exercise. The program is offered either in-person from our private personal training studios located in Wiltshire and Hampshire, or via our online training platform, and is delivered by award-winning fitness expert Erak Simsson who will motivate, encourage and guide you to success in your weight loss and fitness goals. Before starting on the program we offer individuals either an initial consultation over the telephone or a chance to attend one of our free 60 minute 'Weight Loss Without Willpower' workshops depending on how you choose the program to be delivered (in-person or online).

It’s easy to feel like this year will be different.

And maybe it will.

But only if something genuinely changes.

Let’s be honest, the last few years have started strong, then faded.

Not because you didn’t try.

But because the methods weren’t sustainable.

Too strict. Too exhausting. Too focused on short-term fixes.

That’s not your fault.

But here’s the thing...

In 5 or 6 months, summer will arrive.

And how you feel in your clothes, your energy levels, and your confidence, will be shaped by what you do in the next few weeks.

Not what you plan.

Not what you think about.

But what you consistently act on.

Imagine this:

☀️ Walking into a shop and choosing clothes that actually fit and feel good

🧘‍♀️ Waking up with energy, not dragging yourself through each day

📸 Feeling comfortable in family photos, instead of hiding behind others

🍓 Eating without guilt, without rules, and without giving up your social life

Avoid being a 2026 NPC...

If you’re not familiar with the gaming world, it stands for Non-Player Character.

An NPC is part of the scene, but not really part of the game.
They follow the same basic, repeatable patterns:

• Get knocked over
• Get taken advantage of
• React instead of act
• Repeat the same loop

Not very flattering, but that’s literally their role.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
Around 90% of people trying to change their body in 2026 will act like NPCs.

They’ll repeat the same patterns they’ve repeated for years:
• Set goals… then quietly move the goalposts
• Revisit the same self-sabotaging thoughts
• Fall back into the same limiting behaviours
• Follow another unsustainable eating plan
• Drift away from exercise (again)
• Tell themselves “I’m too old” or “my [insert body part] is the problem”
• Blame stress, other people, or circumstances

And when 2027 arrives?
They’ll be in the same position — just a little older, a little heavier, and more frustrated.

So how do you stop being an NPC?

You step out of your current pattern and take a chance on doing things differently:
• Thinking differently
• Behaving differently
• Eating differently
• Exercising differently
• Following through — especially when it’s uncomfortable

That’s how you move from reacting… to choosing.
And that’s how NPCs become CTPs — Characters That Play by their own rules.

Here’s to making 2026 the year you stop looping
and start leading your own game.

1. Fads come and go, principles remain constant
2. A poor plan is better than no plan
3. We're all on a different journey, don't compare
4. Doing something is better than doing nothing
