Training With Awareness
Safety is always the first priority — whether you train with me in a 1-to-1 session or in a group class. Your body is unique, and learning how to move safely is the foundation of real progress.
I believe that good training is not just about working hard — it is about understanding your body and learning how to use it correctly.
Many people exercise for years but still feel pain or discomfort. The reason is often simple: they are not connected to their body.
They move, but they do not feel.
They exercise, but they do not activate the right muscles.
Very often:
• The core is not engaged
• The glutes are not working properly
• The lower back compensates
• Movements are rushed
• The body loses control and stability
This is where injuries and chronic pain begin.
My approach is different.
I teach my clients how to:
✔ Feel the correct muscles working
✔ Engage the core properly
✔ Activate the glutes and stabilizing muscles
✔ Move with control and awareness
✔ Understand their body’s signals
When you learn how to connect body and mind, exercise becomes safer, stronger, and more effective.
