🤰💊 Paracetamol in Pregnancy – MHRA advice
The MHRA has confirmed that paracetamol remains the first-choice pain relief during pregnancy when used at the correct dose and for the shortest possible time.
It continues to be considered safe when taken as directed.
Always follow the instructions on the packaging. If you need further advice, speak with your pharmacist or midwife. A GP can help if needed.

Patient Update: Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) for Weight Management

We are aware of recent news coverage about the availability of the Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) injection for weight loss through GPs. This has understandably led to some questions from patients.
At present, Mounjaro is not routinely available for weight management on the NHS in our area. The local Integrated Care Board (ICB) has confirmed that any rollout will take place gradually, over a number of years, and only in line with strict national guidance.
