We usually get the pleasure of working with Enrico at HOST Exhibition. So to see Enrico at SiGEP this year was a real eat.

Whilst you wouldn’t usually expect to see a Meat Ager , Everlasting’s Meatico Meat Aging cabinets always draw a crowd.

This MEAT 150 counter top meat ager was no exception! 🥩

We would like to introduce to you Simone Gibertoni, Bakery & Pastry Expert Consultant currently working alongside our colleagues developing and testing recipes for the next generation of and .

It has been wonderful working with Simone over the last couple of days . We have learnt a lot about both process and technology.

However, it is Simone’s passion for his craft and enthusiasm for the Everlasting’s range of refrigeration that really shines through as he discusses the merits of the new Bakery Roll-In Retarder Prover at this years show. Not only is the performance of the bakery room exceptional but it is also great to install. Single phase, plug and play.

We can’t wait to see the new recipe cards later this spring. But don’t worry, in the meantime, we have a few of own 🥐

There is great excitement in the air as we head back to Rimini for SIGEP 2026

is truly celebration of all things Bakery, Coffee, Chocolate, Ice Cream, Pastry and Pizza. The perfect place for food and drink businesses to meet with industry experts and acclaimed manufacturers.

We will be joining our colleagues in Hall D3 Booth 014 to discuss how Everlasting’s unique range of refrigeration can add value to artisan and craft food and drink producers.

Calling all commercial refrigeration owners📢

Do you need to make it one of your 2026 business resolutions to keep the condenser clear of dust and debris?

The condenser is vital part of the refrigeration system and will work less efficiently if the airflow is obstructed! If not cleaned appropriately, the refrigeration system could fail.

This is extremely important on air cooled refrigeration systems with an integral ventilated condenser. The condenser plays an important role is removing heat from the refrigeration system, after the refrigerant gas has as been turned into a liquid coolant.

Don’t expect the condenser to be as shiny as the day the equipment was installed but it is important to ensure that the condenser fan is working properly and the cooler air can pass easily through the condenser’s fins at all times.

5 important steps to remember when cleaning an integral condenser:

1. When it is appropriate to do so, switch off the equipment and remove any connection to the electrical power supply before attempting to clean the condenser. Avoid switching equipment off during production cycles and busy periods.

2. Remember the condenser’s heat exchanger fins can be sharp and are likely to bend easily. Ensure great care is taken when moving around the condenser and wear protective clothing.

3. Ensure clear visibility and access to all sides of the condenser during the cleaning process. Check the manufacturer’s manual and follow instructions accordingly. For integral condensers situated on the top of upright cabinets, remember to act in accordance with Heath and Safety Working at Height guidelines at all times.

4. Ensure cleaning is conducted in a well ventilated area to help prevent the inhalation of any dust and debris removed from and around the integral condenser area. During this activity, it is advisable to wear safety glasses and a dust mask.

5. It is best to use an air jet or a dry brush to remove any air borne residues. An upholstery brush attached to a vacuum cleaner can be used to gently remove debris.

Clean at least once a month!

It’s been a great start to 2026 🍨
Thank you to Kashif, who has been working hard behind the scenes preparing for the arrival of these freezers for this year’s Golden Scoop Awards entries.

Each ice cream sample follows a carefully managed temperature controlled journey, handled with care right from the drop off point, until the sample reaches the expert team of judges in Derby.

Like so many other artisan food products, we understand the importance of maintaining flavour, texture and appearance of ice cream every step of the way, especially when the product comes under so much scrutiny.

Whilst Everlasting produce a range of specialist ventilated and static ice cream storage freezers, we have chosen to supply these ventilated Everlasting Pastry Freezers, set up to provide the right temperature and air flow to manage more all the samples expected to start arriving from 5th January 2026.

We are looking forwarding to finding out who will be the winners of each category and meeting members of the Ice Cream Alliance 2026

This years Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show 2026, will take place over 2 jam-packed days:

Seeing these 3 day resting up during the Christmas and New Years Holidays gives us an immense sense of pride. They will back out on the road 2nd January 2026

During 2025, carefully driven by our delivery and sales teams, these lovely ladies have travelled to all extremities of the UK , being frequent visitors to London, Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool, the North East and Wales.

Our vans are specially built to take the height of the upright fridges, freezers and blast chillers, so it was a tricky start to the year with the Peugeot and Ford were both of the road needing new engines, amongst other things! But that is alll behind us. We are looking forward to the road ahead.

We are super grateful to all those who have helped maintain, fix and keep our 3 lovely ladies safely on the road.

Thank you too to our customers who posted photos throughout the year. These images really make us smile 😊
