This year’s visit to got off to fabulous start with a warm welcome from Christiano, Sandra and Corinne at A.I Guidovie.
We were delighted to be taken through their new product developments, brochure and technical sheets, which will be updated to our the Meat Hanging, Storage and Transportation section of www.angelrefrigeration during the next few days.
In the meantime, Daniel and Richard will be on hand to help you find the right system to move and store your fresh meat and food products safely.

As we are preparing to announce some very exiting .byeverlasting news next week from next Sunday, we have been looking back our dry aging journey with

We can’t believe it has been 10 years since Dan and I first launched our Meat Store Dry Aging cabinet at the Meat Up Exhibition in July 2015.
Designed to provide the ideal temperature, airflow and humidity for mature beef with minimal moisture and weight loss, these single and double door cabinets became an instant success with Retail and Catering Butchers, along with chefs and farmers too.

We are most grateful for the suggestions and feedback from our meat industry experts, butchers and chefs alike for their contribution and support along the way.

Here are a few photos from those early exhibitions which fill us with nostalgia.

In more ways than one, our meeting with was a colourful event.

Not to be mistaken for a double door cabinet, these 2 x FL 100 single door reach in Retarder Provers by will hold up to 80 x 600mm x 400mm pastry trays between them. That’s a lot of pastries, doughnuts or pizza in the making!

Featured here with their protective plastic film and cardboard lids in place, these cabinets will be installed next to each other and share 1 x water filter fit kit between them. There are a good few food safe water hoses waiting in there!

It won’t be long before we get to see this equipment in full production. We’ll keep you posted!
