👨‍⚕️ As we approach the end of Men’s Health Awareness Month, let’s not let men suffer in silence.

Contrary to common belief, asking someone if they’re feeling suicidal does not increase their risk. In fact, a simple, genuine question such as “How have you been?” - and sometimes, “How have you been, really?” - can be the start of a life-saving conversation."

📊 The reality:

• 3 in 4 people who died by su***de in 2023 were men
• Su***de is the leading cause of death for men under 50

A fantastic time was had at our three RAVE Award and Long Service dinners this year, celebrating colleagues who received a RAVE Award and those who reached an incredible length of service.
