Are you passionate about making a difference in your community and supporting others to deliver outstanding care? We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our friendly and dedicated team in Trafford!

👩‍⚕️ About the role:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of care across our Trafford branch. You’ll support and guide our care staff, carry out spot checks and assessments and will be required to cover on-call and ensure our clients receive the quality care they deserve.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred)
✅ Great communication and organisational skills
✅ A caring and professional attitude
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a car
✅ NVQ 3 in health and social care

What we offer:
✨ £30,160 per year + Mileage PLUS holiday pay PLUS pension
