Thank you to everyone who attended our Wellbeing Festival in Tranent, The Fraser Centre yesterday, exploring movement, stillness and sound. It was such an amazing afternoon filled with connection, calm, and positive energy.

I’m so grateful to everyone who came along and made it such a special event. Special thank you to the instructors Let Go Sound Bath Studio Jill Alexander and Anna Boath . Also we really appreciate the help and support of Kara Lindsay who worked tirelessly in the cafe.

I’m already looking forward to next year’s festival.
