One of two hampers being donated by Help At Home, to raffle to raise funds for two self funded groups in the community.
Without the support these places give to people and their families a lot of people would feel completely lost and alone fighting the dementia battle. If it only raises a small amount it will help fund much needed resources so hubs can remain open to continue offering support

Out in the sun with my lovely client today, a naughty but nice coffee and biscuit, she’s happy to just be out in the community rather than sat alone.

We are a dementia friendly company offering consistency of the same person, calls are always an hour, you make the list, the service is always about the client
