Massive congratulations to the first of our Slimming World icons.

Anthony has lost 8 1/2 stone in 8 months! And completely changed his relationship with food and drink.

His mental health has improved no end and he’s a walking machine, considering a 5 mile walk a slow day!

He’s a whizz in the kitchen, cooking up pakoras, raspberry muffins, oaty lemon biscuits, curries to name but a few.

He’s a breath of fresh air in our Monday morning class, either with a smile on his face 😃 or a tear in his eye 😭 as he wears his heart on his sleeve.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to see his transformation and play a part in his journey.

He is an icon in every sense of the word!
