When should I take my little one to the dentist? 🧐

As soon as your child’s first teeth come through, it is recommended to take them to the dentist 🦷 It is also recommended that you continue taking your child to the dentist for regular check-ups! 👨‍⚕️

Did you know mouth wash should NOT be used after brushing?🪥
Your tooth paste contains a higher amount of concentrated fluoride than mouthwashes which helps prevent tooth decay.
By rinsing your mouth with water or mouth wash your washing the goodness of the toothpaste away!... instead after brushing simply spit the excess toothpaste out and your done!😁
Mouth wash is good to use before brushing or at other points throughout the day for an extra boost of fluoride or to freshen the mouth.

For 1 week only starting Monday 29th April - Thursday 2nd May we will be accepting new patients to register with us here at Ty Dant. This will then be reassessed on a monthly basis to allow us to look into taking on new patients in the future.
For information or to fill out a new patients form please ring us here at the practice between the hours of 9-1 & 2-5.
Appointments will be booked with a few weeks wait.

For those patients that have previously filled in the forms also please call the practice as we have now gone through the list and have a few that we have not been able to reach out to.

We would like to remind you about our missed appointment policy. If you miss your appointment, no further appointments will be provided at the practice.
