This won't cover ALL aspects of training, nothing will, but if you've got 8-10 minutes and a clubbell you can get a lot of benefit from it!

Want progression?

Start by switching arms every 5 reps.

Next time you do it, do 6, then 7...

You get the idea (I hope!)
Each "workout" you're increasing the intensity.

Build up to doing half the round (in this case, 4 minutes) per arm, then increase the weight.

I would have done 10 minutes but I had a call scheduled and only had 8 minutes to spare.
