We are fully booked for this evening's soundbath, with 6 people on the waiting list. I'm always grateful that my Soundbaths at our gorgeous studio in Trefnant fill up and I get to meet so many wonderful people that return time and time again. 🙏❤️

I can't tell you how excited we are at to be welcoming to the studio, this absolute diamond bundle of energy and loveliness is bringing her 20 years of experience and expertise to our gorgeous space offering all the ladies pole fitness classes, whether you are brand new to pole fitness, wanting to do it to learn a new skill, keep fit or just for fun, this is going to be AMAZING 🤩
