Take me back! A few snippets of a beautiful weekend spent with at her incredible style retreat at the stunning I am still on a high and feeling incredibly grateful to have been a part of such a fabulous weekend 🙏🏻

I felt very honoured to be there to support Abbey throughout the weekend and to host two bite sized breath workshops on the Saturday and a sister circle on the Sunday. I am so grateful to Abbey and all the amazing women who were there for trusting me to hold space for them and for sharing their beautiful energy allowing us to create something really magical together 💫❤️

Abbey is an absolute powerhouse & so passionate about empowering women through their personal style to show up confidently as themselves 💃🏻 It brought me so much joy to see her light up when she was sharing her wisdom with all the women who attended, she created something really very special ❤️

I loved that I got to watch the fabulous celebrity MUA demonstrate her talents, giving us all easy tips and tricks to create an effortless look to look & feel like an elevated version of ourselves🤩

It was also lovely to reconnect with Emma from she provided a beautiful rail of pre-loved clothes that the guests loved shopping 🛍️

Thank you Abbey, you are an inspiration, I think we will all remember this magical weekend forever 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I have had a lot of questions about what a sister circle involves so here is a little insight…

I was reminded of the importance of my daily practices the other day. I was on a train which all of a sudden got very busy and very loud. There were so many different conversations going on at once and I found it totally overwhelming. Thankfully because I have a daily practice of meditating and connecting to my breath and my body, I was able to use these tools in this moment to go within and calm my nervous system. I ended the train journey feeling grounded, happy and full of gratitude. This stuff really does work 💫🤍.

Following on from the success of our sister circle in May, I am excited for the next one on Friday 23 June, 8pm at Tring Yoga Studio. We will sit together in circle to meditate, journal and set intentions in a beautiful candle lit space. It will provide the perfect opportunity to slow down and take some time out for you, to connect with like-minded women in a safe, supportive, welcoming space.
