I’ve been thinking a lot about the horrific event that unfolded in Bondi on Sunday night and the many people it has taken loved ones away from . Communities have been rocked to the core and it can be very easy for these events to change our perspective of the world and the people around us. Im wondering if there is still a place to believe that there is good in the world and hope can be something to hold onto . ❤️

I was listening to pause for thought on Radio 2 this morning and I had a big fried egg moment thinking about my dad . Sad but also happy , and now on with my day with a full heart . I hope yours is filled what you need ❤️

Good morning , well this wasn’t how I thought the day would start , SNOW! The change in seasons can affect us and our moods with darker nights and colder days . Self care at this time of the year is really important so please take some time for yourself today if you need it . It doesn’t have to be a big thing but even a cup of tea and a biccie with a 15 min pause can make the difference .I hope you can find some peace and joy today ❤️
