January Detox & Renew Ritual

January is the perfect time to detoxify, cleanse, and reset. As we step into a new year, this ritual helps clear stagnant energy, flush out toxins, and purify both body and skin—restoring a sense of lightness, vitality, and radiance.
Your experience begins with a warming lemon-infused hot water drink to gently awaken the body and stimulate metabolism. Energising aromatic inhalations and gentle assisted limb stretches further awaken the senses and prepare the body for deep relaxation.
A full-body dry brushing sequence follows, stimulating circulation, awakening the senses, and supporting lymphatic flow, leaving the skin beautifully smooth and ready to receive the benefits of the massage.
You will then enjoy a deeply restorative full-body massage using diuretic, detoxifying aromatherapy oils, combined with stimulating Swedish and lymphatic techniques to release muscular tension, promote lymphatic drainage, and restore vitality. The ritual is enhanced with a targeted detox colon massage, focused on the abdominal area to support digestive comfort and a sense of lightness. Drainage work specifically targets the upper thighs to flush toxins and assist with lighter legs.
The face is gently cleansed and exfoliated, followed by a blood- and lymphatic-stimulating facial massage. A detox & oxygenating clay mask, formulated with White Clay and Pure Vital Clay, is then applied to purify, oxygenate, and protect the skin. This mask counteracts the effects of pollution, UV rays, and environmental stressors, leaving the skin revitalised, luminous, and refreshed. Suitable for all ages and skin types, it delivers an intense anti-fatigue effect while you relax.

This was the setting for my very last treatment of the year — a cosy bell tent at the Wild Spa ✨
I feel incredibly grateful for everything I have achieved this year.

From introducing new advanced facials with anti-gravity massage techniques and sculpting tools, to investing in my LED Dermalux phototherapy machine for truly incredible skin results — it’s been a year of growth and expansion.
My spiritual journey has deepened too.

A heavenly trip to the Lake District (thank you ) has allowed me to build and grow my Reiki healing practice — a treatment I am deeply passionate about and truly believe in.

I am so grateful for my second season with you. Summer meadow massages at were dreamy, and winter treatments in the bell tent feel truly magical. Working so closely with nature is such a privilege.

this year marked the birth of our healing and pampering events. I’ve loved co-creating with you, our monthly treatment swaps, and the grounding balance you bring.

I’m so grateful to have met such a special soul. From sound baths to holding space together at our mini retreats, these moments have been highlights of my year. Our Yule retreat was simply magical.

I’ve also loved offering divine couples massages with , creating deeply relaxing, intimate experiences for two.

This Christmas I’ve been overwhelmed with gift voucher sales, retail orders, loyal regulars and wonderful new clients. Thank you for trusting me, recommending me, and choosing me.

My Reiki journey began back in 2006, and a few months ago I travelled to the beautiful Lake District to complete my Second Degree Reiki training. This has allowed me to deepen my practice so I can now channel this powerful, ancient Japanese healing art for my clients.

Reiki works by directing universal life energy to restore harmony within the mind and physical body. It is a gentle yet profoundly balancing experience—ideal for easing stress, supporting emotional wellbeing, and cultivating inner calm.
