Gift vouchers can be collected from my reflexology and reiki studio in Marash House on Brook Street on Saturday between 10am - 4pm. There’s no need to arrange beforehand, just come along any time during those hours 🙂

I received an official ADHD diagnosis today and I’m feeling pretty fine about it. I’ve always viewed my ADHD traits as my super powers.

OK, it’s annoying that I don’t have the patience to read books and also annoying that I’m so forgetful, but it’s what gives me my drive, determination, passion for the things and people that I love, and allows me to take risks and embrace life when others might be more cautious and miss out.

It also confirms that what I do for a living is totally my purpose and calling because the second I’m in my studio my busy brain becomes calmer, everything becomes still and tranquil and I’m able to do what I love without feeling distracted.

So, overall I’m seeing it as a good thing and something that will help me to support other people with neurodivergent traits ❤️

Calling all crafters and creatives - there is going to be an Easter event at Hill Farm Barn in Northchurch over the Easter weekend and they are looking for stall holders for the Sunday.
