Limited Spaces Available – Exam Stress & Anxiety Support

We are offering a limited number of places for a six-week counselling programme designed to support those experiencing exam stress and anxiety.

This programme includes six weekly, one to one, 50-minute, in-person integrative counselling sessions, delivered by our team of experienced trainee counsellors in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.

Sessions are available weekday evenings and weekends at both Aylesbury Therapy and Tring Therapy.

If you or someone you know could benefit from additional support during this demanding time, we encourage you to get in touch to secure a space.

Here is the availability for our Low Cost Service over the coming weeks!

Book online or message us to secure your space.

Appointments are weekly for 50 minutes at a fee of £25. You can have as many sessions as you need.

Our team of trainee counsellors are experienced at working with grief, anxiety, depression, relationship ship challenges, low mood, stress, building self awareness and self esteem issues.
