- Are your feet always cold? I work with you and your body, within your pain threshold, to carry out the treatments you need. I work by ‘pressing and resetting’ your muscles, tendons and ligaments. After each treatment session you will feel lighter, more comfortable and able to move more easily. Through my years of experience working with both individuals and sports teams I know what techniques work and I will apply them to release and reset you. We will work together to realign your body allowing you to optimise your health and wellbeing once more
