I will be taking some time for next week and return the 17th November..

Monday 24th - 10.00
Thursday 27th - 15.30**

My December availability is now completely live and up on the website. If your appointment’s not in yet, get it booked soon to avoid missing out! 💆‍♀️

I’ll be taking some time off over Christmas and New Year.
I’ll be working Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd December to make up, and then I’ll be back on Saturday 3rd January.
So, if your usual appointment falls during that time, please plan ahead.

I started a journey 5 years... It gave me new experiences, new people, and a deeper understanding of what healing holistically really means. Healing isn’t about waiting until you feel “ready” or “fixed.” It’s about allowing yourself to grow through the journey emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

What I learned is simple but powerful:
Say yes to the things that bring you joy.
Say no to what drains your energy.

Because sometimes, it’s not about being fully healed before you start living. It’s about living in a way that helps you heal.

Someone messaged me in reply to my story this morning, they said it was the first positive thing they’d seen today.

It honestly made my heart so happy, a little reminder that spreading good vibes really does ripple out further than we realise.

I used to hate waking up at daft o’clock. I’d lie there frustrated, tired, and moody for the rest of the day. But I changed my mindset.. This morning was a perfect reminder of how powerful that can be.

✨ I was awake at 4 am.
✨ I got two loads of washing done, all my ironing for the week, and even managed to watch a film while I did it.
✨ I was out early for my shopping.
✨️ By 12 I had the rest of the day to myself.
✨ And best of all… I got to witness the most beautiful morning sky.

Instead of fighting against what I can’t change, I embrace it.

Sometimes, positivity isn’t about pretending everything’s perfect it’s about flipping your perspective and finding the good in what is.
