What a wonderful time we had celebrating Christmas with our residents, families and team. Our home was filled with festive cheer, laughter, and smiling faces as we enjoyed a very special Christmas party.

Our next four winners🏆. Maggie (Head Housekeeper) “always chats away to our mum when she is cleaning her room”. “Supports the team and changes her plans last minute to make sure we are supported”.
Abbie (Staff Nurse) “always has a smile on her face and is so friendly”. “An asset to the team”.
Ann (Reception and Admin) “has been a great help over the past couple of weeks, recently taking on a new role”. “Helped get Christmas sorted for the residents and staff.”

The first three winners of our 10 days of Christmas. Residents, families and staff have been nominating members of our team that go above and beyond.
Day 1 was Tam (maintenance), “Tam always takes time to listen and have a chat, he put up my pictures and nothing was a bother.” “Tam will always help with anything”.
Day 2 was Stewart (kitchen), “Made our Christmas grotto special 🎅” “Always plays a huge part in all of our events in the home.”
Day 3 was Lynn (domestic), “always helps out the team when needed, even on her week off”. “Takes time with the residents, listens to them, gets them cups of tea, puts a smile on their face.” “She is always happy and I love having a chat with her.”
It is not too late to nominate anyone from the team, please use the employee of the month paperwork located in the cafe area near the back door. Many thanks.
