Showing Up for Yourself ๐
Some days, life feels heavy. Motivation slips, energy fades, and the to do list never ends. But showing up for yourself even in small ways is so important.
Itโs not always about big wins or perfect routines. Sometimes itโs getting up and moving your body, taking a walk, or choosing to take some time away for you when things feel tough.
Showing up looks different for everyone but what matters most is that you do it for you. Because each time you do, you remind yourself that you matter, your goals matter, and your well being matters.
Youโre allowed to show up for yourself too sometimes ๐ itโs all about the baby steps.

Movement is Medicine ๐ฟ
Exercise isnโt just about chasing personal bests or building muscle itโs one of the most powerful forms of self-care we have.
When you move your body, youโre strengthening so much more than just your muscles. Youโre boosting your immune system, supporting your mental health, improving your energy, and building the resilience that helps you bounce back when life (or illness) hits hard.
The reasons we train can change from day to day sometimes itโs about progress and performance, sometimes itโs about peace of mind, and sometimes itโs simply about staying strong enough to make everyday life easier.
So when you want to curl back under the covers and snooze that alarm, remember your future self will thank you for looking after them so well.

Monday thoughts ๐ญ
We know that getting back into routine can sometimes feel like the biggest hurdle. When youโve been away for a while, you almost forget the rhythm of it all packing your gym clothes to take to work, setting that early alarm, and pushing yourself to get it done before the day begins.
So, as we start a new week, here are three reminders of why we move and exercise:
1. Investing in Your Future
Think of exercise like a pension โ the earlier and more consistently you invest in it, the bigger the return when you really need it. Every session is a deposit into your long-term health and wellbeing.
2. The Instant Endorphin Boost
Movement gives you that instant lift... the happy hormones that help you take on the world. Itโs that buzz you feel after a great class or workout, the one that reminds you exactly why you showed up.
3. Building Mental Toughness
Thereโs nothing quite like finishing a tough workout and knowing you did that. No one else... you. Each time you push through, you top up that mental resilience pot that carries into every other part of your life.
Because movement really does make everything better. It makes life more enjoyable and easier ... when you move better, you feel better, you eat better, you live better.

๐โโ๏ธ AJ Bell Great Scottish Run ๐โโ๏ธ
Sunday saw many of our team head to Glasgow for the
AJ Bell Great Scottish Run, with the team taking on the 10k and half marathon events. For some, it was their very first time tackling such a big challenge.
Huge well done ๐ to Grace, Molly and Lyndsey too for their first time ๐ and our seasoned runners ๐โโ๏ธ Corrie, Natalie, Fiona, Sarah and Martin.

It was an incredible day of energy, support, and achievement, and thankfully, it stayed dry for us all. ๐๐
it was incredible to see so many people running at so many different paces throughout the whole day, no matter the time it takes you to achieve it.

In the last five years of studying health, fitness I have had loads of opportunities to work in this industry. The more I have taken on the more experience I have gained. Working with people of all ages with different goals in mind.
That's the great thing about my job its never boring no two people I work with are the same and everyone has a different reason for wanting my support.
Maybe its to gain knowledge, encourage you to try something new or just the support of having me there in this new training environment. Your reasons for wanting me as your coach are special and I am always exceptionally proud to be a part of that.
I work with individuals who are looking to change their lifestyle in the long run, not just quick fixes. I work with you to build a relationship so that you take as much as possible away for our sessions or coaching online.
I want you to invest in your self and your knowledge, I want to educate you about your body and how it works so the changes we make from working together are long-lasting.
My knowledge and experience is something I look to share with everyone I work with In the hopes that we can build your confidence and keep you consistent.
Being consistently good will bring about changes rather than being inconsistently perfect.
