Happy Friday team 💙

It’s been a busy week at HQ, and I think we can all feel it… spring is finally starting to show up 🌤️ Brighter mornings, longer evenings, and that wee bit of warmth on our skin again it just lifts everything.

Our HYROX crew look like they’re just about recovered from a big weekend (and celebrations 😅), and it was great having Ayrshire College in with us on Monday thank you all for being such good sports and bringing the energy as always.

Just a little reminder for tomorrow…

Our HQ Open Day is on Saturday 21st March 🎉
We’ve got five sessions running across the morning, all designed to give a real feel for what we do at HQ very similar to your small group PT and build sessions, finished off with a nice stretch to set you up for the weekend.

You can expect:
🎶 Good tunes with Nikki on the decks
🧁 Delicious baking from Sylwia
☕ Fresh coffees from Dara
✨ And plenty of good energy from the coaching team

(Plus… the new back door will be open letting in all that lovely sunshine ☀️)

Coach Lucy

In the last five years of studying health, fitness I have had loads of opportunities to work in this industry. The more I have taken on the more experience I have gained. Working with people of all ages with different goals in mind.

That's the great thing about my job its never boring no two people I work with are the same and everyone has a different reason for wanting my support.

Maybe its to gain knowledge, encourage you to try something new or just the support of having me there in this new training environment. Your reasons for wanting me as your coach are special and I am always exceptionally proud to be a part of that.

I work with individuals who are looking to change their lifestyle in the long run, not just quick fixes. I work with you to build a relationship so that you take as much as possible away for our sessions or coaching online.
