The days where you’re trying to balance it all and still show up for yourself.
When your mind starts telling you that you can’t… remember that you can.
You’ve done hard things before, and you’ll do them again.

There’s something about a new year that makes us feel like everything should fall into place straight away.
All the motivation. All the routines. All the progress.
But real growth rarely works like that.
If you’ve looked outside recently, you’ll notice the days getting a little longer, the mornings a little brighter, and the faintest hint of green beginning to return to the trees. Nature doesn’t rush into spring overnight it grows slowly, quietly, from the roots up.
And maybe we’re not that different.
Sometimes progress can feel slow. The weight doesn’t melt away overnight. The runs don’t suddenly feel effortless. The habits take time to settle.
But the truth is, the growth is happening even when you can’t see it yet.
Over the past few weeks we’ve had members finishing their first 30 days at HQ telling us they already feel fitter and stronger. Not because the scales have changed dramatically, but because life feels easier.
More energy to run around with their grandkids. Feeling stronger lifting them up. Keeping up with them instead of watching from the sidelines.
And those are the wins that matter most.
Because growth isn’t always success on the scales.
Sometimes it’s having the strength and energy to enjoy the life you’ve built for yourself.
So if progress feels slow right now, take it as a sign that your roots are strengthening.
Keep showing up. Keep nurturing yourself. Keep trusting the process.
Spring always comes and when it does, everything that’s been quietly growing begins to flourish. 🌷🌻🌺

✨ Member of the Month Angela ✨
This month, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who truly embodies the heart and soul of HQ… our amazing Angela 🥰
An absolute OG girly, Angela has been with us since the very beginning, right back to our early days at the Meadowgreen Centre, those early morning classes where it all started.
She is quite literally the heartbeat of our 3:15 classes on a Monday and Wednesday. Always showing up, always giving her best, and always bringing the biggest smiles, the best laughter, and the elite food chat. A foodie through and through, we genuinely look forward to her recipes and recommendations just as much as her training energy.
Angela is a trooper in every sense consistent, supportive, kind, and such a joy to coach and train alongside. She brings so much more than just effort to our sessions, and HQ truly wouldn’t be the same without her.
So this one is so well deserved 💫

In the last five years of studying health, fitness I have had loads of opportunities to work in this industry. The more I have taken on the more experience I have gained. Working with people of all ages with different goals in mind.
That's the great thing about my job its never boring no two people I work with are the same and everyone has a different reason for wanting my support.
Maybe its to gain knowledge, encourage you to try something new or just the support of having me there in this new training environment. Your reasons for wanting me as your coach are special and I am always exceptionally proud to be a part of that.
I work with individuals who are looking to change their lifestyle in the long run, not just quick fixes. I work with you to build a relationship so that you take as much as possible away for our sessions or coaching online.
I want you to invest in your self and your knowledge, I want to educate you about your body and how it works so the changes we make from working together are long-lasting.
My knowledge and experience is something I look to share with everyone I work with In the hopes that we can build your confidence and keep you consistent.
Being consistently good will bring about changes rather than being inconsistently perfect.
