Pain comes in all shapes and sizes, from niggling toothache type pains, to sharp shooting pains which come on suddenly. All can be debilitating and hard to live with. Osteopaths don't just deal with lower back pain (although that can be a major part), we also see a lot of neck, shoulder and head pain.

I see patients from all ages, babies to the older person. bodies and complaints differ but my approach is to always treat each person as an individual, finding out the specific cause.

Do you ever get that feeling of needing to take a really deep breath or sigh because your body just doesn't feel quite right. When you finally get a release and the tension in the body goes, it makes you feel as though you are able to breathe again. Osteopathy can help you regain that feeling. Welcome to Lemaria Osteopathy, the home of a friendly practice designed for your whole family. Over the last 14 years I have been working with people of all ages from newborns to the elderly. Having treated a patient throughout her pregnancy it was my privilege to treat her daughter at 2 days old after a very fast birth. So when the question comes up as to what age is suitable for treatment, honestly I treat all ages. So from the newest of life to the more sturdy in life, some of my time was spent with the men from the local rugby club, repairing the damage caused by a Saturday afternoon on the pitch.

Osteopathy can help alleviate a host of complaints from top to toe, so if you are unsure of how I may be able to help, do get in touch.
