⭐ 🎉 Congratulations to Reablement North Senior Admin Officer Sarah, who recently passed her L3 Business Administration apprenticeship! 🎉 ⭐ Here’s what Sarah had to say:
"I wanted to upskill and gain a qualification, and I was given the opportunity to undertake the Level 3 apprenticeship. It was a bit daunting as I hadn’t done any study since school many years ago, but I had a lot of support and encouragement from my tutor as well as my Team Leader. Modules I studied included communication, principles of business, project management, understanding finance, and IT skills. I also had the opportunity to shadow different job roles within Reablement including Head of Service. To gain the award, I had to pass the End Point Assessment, which included two exams (one was an optional maths exam, which I took to brush up my skills!) a project presentation and a professional discussion based on my portfolio. I’m thrilled to bits to have passed and am looking forward to using my newfound skills within my current job role."
