Wherever you are on your exercise journey My personal training plans can help take you to the next level, i work through structured organized training focused on steady progressions not 'quick fix's'. After a FREE Consultation where we discuss past exercise history, present, goals, interests and get to know eachother. I can plan in tailored sessions to ensure you achieve your goals in a realistic timeframe. I want to share this incredible 12 week transformation by me! Im a very busy builder thats active and engage in hard physical work all day.
We created a plan for targeting fat loss alongside maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. A great training plan designed to stimulate change but not expend to much energy due to such a physical lifestyle..

After a lot of thought, we’re shutting prep down till next year.
There’s a lot going on behind the scenes and it just makes more sense to move into an offseason rather than stress into the finals.

It’s not always how much you lift, but ALWAYS how well you lift it. It’s about training with good form while controlling your reps and pushing yourself to the edge of YOUR ability that really matters! Leave your ego at the door and NEVER sacrifice form for more weight.

Males and females with any fitness goal I can help! No copy and paste diets! Everything is 100% custom made for your needs and your goals!

Everyone is different! Some client transformations are 4-8 weeks, some are 12 weeks, and the more drastic weight loss transformations are anywhere from 6 months to over a year! They all did amazing! Just remember, everyone responds different! So you want to build muscle in the gym? That means lift super heavy and try to max out your weight right? Not exactly. Let me explain…

It’s not always how much you lift, but ALWAYS how well you lift it. It’s about training with good form while controlling your reps and pushing yourself to the edge of YOUR ability that really matters! Leave your ego at the door and NEVER sacrifice form for more weight.

That means for muscle to grow you need to perform the exercise to the edge of your ability for your desired rep range. You can do it with 3-5 reps, or you can do it with 5 to 8 reps, or 8 to 12 reps or even more. I love hitting the 12-15 rep range. Whatever you choose, it’s about using weight that challenges you AND still have good form to get the most out of your workout.

And remember in the gym it’s YOU vs. YOU. Don’t worry about what the person next to you is benching or what the person across from you is squatting. What matters is you’re pushing a weight that is going to force you to struggle yet you can control and get the most out of. 💯

Now there’s a lot to be said for consistency in your training. It’s the vital ingredient for progress.

It’s easy to hit the gym a couple of days a week and get good food in, but it’s so easy to fall off after a couple of weeks.

Consistency of diet and training will outweigh any other factor in progress.

I’m just like anyone else, I’ve been through s**t and I’ve pulled myself out the other side of it.
If I can push myself to reach my goals and be as transparent as I can on here, I hope it helps you to do the same.

This is just the beginning for my future in competing.
