Hello my name is JULIE, I have been qualified and teaching Exercise to Music classes for nearly 30 years!! Originally in Surrey and Sussex and now in wonderful Wiltshire. I am fully qualified and insured and did my original training with Health & Beauty Exercise (formerly The Womens League of Health and Beauty established in 1930) and recently re-branded a FLexercise. I am also qualified to run armchair exercise for people who are elderly and/or disabled as well as in Zumba Gold and chair. I can offer 1-1 sessions as an introduction to my classes or on a longer-term basis. Do come along and give FLexercise a try or contact me for more information.
