Karin from Heal Thy Soul and Abbey from Astara Alchemy invite you to our half day retreat on Saturday 11th April at Sowena CIC in Chacewater, 1pm till 4pm.

We offer Sacred Sounds, Reflexology, Crystal Healing and Herbal Infusions for deep nourishment and rest.
A time to really cast off those denser winter energies, welcoming the renewal of the light and warmth of spring, aligning our souls with these higher frequencies coming in.

We will be gathering in circle, settings intentions with Gorse flower tea. Abbey will be playing Healing Sound frequencies and supporting you with Crystals, whilst Karin gives individual mini Reflexology treatments to soothe the nervous system and attend to the Chakras. We finish our afternoon together with more herbal infusions, singing medicine songs around the fire to ground and anchor the healing energies. The price is on a sliding scale of £40 to £60. Soltice Blessings to all ✨🔥✨ Gratitude to friends and family, Teachers, colleagues and customers. Thank you to those to that liked and followed my page to in recent months.

Wow what a year it's been. Its truly its lived up to its name 'The Year of the Snake'...shedding its skin. Its been the closing of so many cycles for us collectively in this 9 numerology year. And for me personally to...things Iv waited for many years for are emerging after closures, So many big changes for me, I can share about in the new year. The numerology of 2026 is 1, starting over again, initiation, creating the foundation of what we truly want for this earth.

Next year is the year of the Fire horse....So get yr light saddles prepped🤣...We ride again 💥🤣💥 For now may you have a wonderful Solstice, Christmas and New year.
