Beautiful baby Bee. 👶🏻

She came for a little check up post birth. We needed to unravel her tension after a tricky forceps delivery. This will then allow her to find more optimal feeding and to find tummy time comfortable.

She was an absolute dream 🤍🌿✨

Trusting us to take you on this road to better health and wellbeing is incredible,
And we know that with a specific, tailored approach, with consistency and patience we will get you to your goals.

This lovely lady came in with a goal of ‘get rid of my hump’. She has committed to getting stronger and healthier. Above all she has implemented all our advice and those small changes over time have hugely impacted her comfort in work, ability in the gym and also altered her hump!! Although much improved we are still working on strength and stability to maintain our progress.
