Wellness coach - Sylvie
I was born in London, a city that shaped my early ambitions and energy. Years later, I swapped the fast pace for the wild beauty of Cornwall, where I spent 25 years building a life — running two successful businesses, becoming a mother, and navigating the many roles life handed me.
On the outside, things looked great. I had the career, the family, the drive. But underneath, the pressure was quietly building. Eventually, the constant stress caught up with me — and my body let me know, in no uncertain terms, that it was time to stop. I reached a turning point: continue down a path that was slowly wearing me down, or choose myself — my health, my peace, my healing.
I chose me!
That decision led me to the French Alps, where the mountains offered not just a change of scenery, but a chance to breathe again. To slow down. To reconnect.
My background is a blend of beauty and movement — modelling, beauty therapy, and aesthetics on one side; sports science and personal training on the other. But as life unfolded, I was drawn deeper into the healing arts. I became a qualified Pilates /yoga teacher, and trained in somatics and trauma release coaching — work that felt less like a career shift, and more like coming home.
Now, I help others do what I had to learn to do myself: listen to their bodies, honour their needs, and create space for real transformation — from the inside out.
I have dedicated my entire career to the health and wellness industry and am eager to share my extensive knowledge and expertise with you. I am a registered member of CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) and EREPS (European Register of Exercise Professionals).
