New block of Mum and baby yogis starts today!
Baby's play with toys in the middle, we have sensory items, songs, even baby massage and we mummas stretch. Into the shoulders that hold so much, into the fluidity of the spine that can feel stiff. We also may be changing, feeding, entertaining
We are always connecting with the breath to ground us into ourselves and together as a community ♥️

Ohh how I've loved this block of mum and baby yogis!
It's my first one back since having my little one and he's come along to sessions with me.

We've laughed at the babies interacting with eachother, shared moments of our postpartum journey, stretched, felt the power of the breath, popped a scarf on our heads and sat in absolute awe of eachother.

Mums together is a powerful energy force!
