Our practice is rooted in compassion, acceptance and our belief in the limitless power of individuals to heal. Lifetime Therapy is a humanist, people-centred practice. We believe that, given the appropriate conditions, every individual has limitless capacity to heal, to come to new thoughts and beliefs and to change the way they view the world, others and themselves. These changes are often recognised by a growing ability to live in the moment and to apply compassion to self. Through mindful acceptance, supported by an empathic and honest practitioner, improved mental health and freedom from distress can be found.

Yay! It’s Pride month!

To show our support for all of our LGBTQIA+ clients and colleagues, Lifetime Interns are here to support ALL NEW low-cost clients with 3 FREE sessions who wish to begin their therapy journey this June!

How can you take advantage of this offer?

Email us at: hello@lifetimetherapy.co.uk and complete your phone assessment with us in June.

You’ll be set up with one of our wonderful interns (student counsellors) and your first 3 sessions will be totally free with no obligation to continue.

Clients who do want to continue after 3 sessions will then pay £20/session from their fourth session.

There is no limit on the number of low-cost sessions you can access with our interns.

This offer is open to all new low-cost clients who complete their phone assessment in June - regardless of how you identify - everyone is welcome here!

Offer ends on 30/06/25.

Please get in touch or share this post with someone who is looking for access to therapy rather than waiting months on a list.

These sessions are only £20 and held in very comfortable spaces, or online so that you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own home.
