🌟 What a wonderful Pilates class on Wednesday night! 🌟
There were so many smiles, loads of core strength, and we got deep into moves like The 100 and The Rocker. Everyone gave it their all β€” and judging by the energy in the room, it’s safe to say we all had a great time!
