The New Moon invites stillness and a quiet pause to reflect, release, and gently plant new intentions.

In this nourishing session, you’ll be guided through a journaling practice to clear space and connect with with intentions, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath. Crystal bowls, vocal work and other grounding sounds help calm the nervous system, support release, and allow your intentions to settle in the mind and body.

This session is ideal if you’re craving a gentle reset, deep rest, and time to realign at the start of a new lunar cycle.

Goals focus on outcomes and ticking boxes. Intentions focus on how you want to feel, move, and show up each day. They’re softer, more flexible, and meet you where you are, rather than asking you to be somewhere else.

There is much science surrounding the benefits of Yoga to support women going through the menopause. Yoga will not be that magic pill but a tool that can be used very effectively alongside other medical and lifestyle changes.

This workshop is designed to educate and empower any woman going through this natural stage of life from Perimenopause, Menopause and Post Menopause to provide specific tools and techniques to allieviate some of the main symptoms to honour this transition and to create a positive mindset around it, reframing this period of your life as your Second Spring.

During the 2 hour session Fran will cover the common symptoms and how to treat them, stress and the menopause, and how to manage it more effectively, general health and well-being guidance to support you as well as a full menopause yoga practice ending with a relaxing yoga nidra.

The intention for the workshops is for women to come together as a group, we will all go through the menopause at some stage and we all have differing experiences but these sessions help to not feel like you are experiencing it alone and have the support as well as to learn about how you can move through this transition with more ease.

Chaturanga, the yoga push-up, is one of the most repeated poses in Vinyasa, yet often the most misunderstood! This workshop is designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence - both in Chaturanga and throughout your practice.

We’ll explore:
✨ Safe alignment + shoulder protection
🔥 Strength drills for arms, core + back
🧘‍♀️ Progressions + modifications for all bodies
~ Finding what feels supportive and sustainable for you.

Expect a balance of technique, movement, and mindful strength building. You’ll leave the session with tools to move safely, with more awareness and power in your practice.

As we journey into the darker months energies can be lower. It is wise to use this time to reflect and journal on what areas of your life you want to bring more balance into, maybe your work or relationships.

These spaces provide that stepping away. They always allow for the flow of emotions to be able to move forward into a new cycle with fresh eyes.

We’re waving goodbye (for now!) to our wonderful Barre Pilates / Yoga teacher, Stephanie.

She is opening her own Reformer Pilates Studio, Studio Miel .nqy , in Newquay on 10th September. Road trip, anyone?!

It’s been such a JOY having Stephanie on our team, and while we’ll miss her energy in the studio, we’re beyond excited to see her flourish in this new adventure. Wishing her all the love and success - not that she needs it!
