How I cure my hangover 🍷✨😝
Friday nights are always date night for myself & Thomas. Some wine, all the nibbles, proper catch-ups & some laughs 💛
I woke up this morning feeling a bit rough (not hanging, just a bit meh 😅). So I took myself to an epic calisthenics class and I felt an instant energy boost. I left feeling so good 😊

On the way home I thought, right, time to put something good into my body 🥬 so I grabbed bits for a green juice. I’ve been slacking since the seasons changed with my green juices. I’m great with them in spring and summer, but I’ve fallen off lately. Bonus is
the kids love them too because the frozen pineapple makes them taste sweet 🍍
Healthy habits really do have ripple effects. Doing something good for your body doesn’t just make you feel good in that moment, it then sets the tone for the rest of your day… 👌🏻
Now I’m feeling fresh, buzzing, hydrated, and excited for pumpkin picking with the kids 🎃. Later tonight I’m doing a little breathwork & sound healing session on Thomas (I can’t wait 😌) a different kind of date night.
Of course, I’m not perfect some days I do want to lounge, eat rubbish, and chill out completely. And that’s okay too. But I know which choices make me feel high on life rather than stuck in a low vibration. And today, I’m choosing the good stuff ✨
