Hi I'm Siobhan from Ireland originally, living in dream Cornwall now. My absolute passion in life is helping to bring joy to people and helping people feel wonderful and at home in their bodies again. Movement is medicine and I truly believe that. Ever since I was 3 I've been active in some form of movement. I've travelled every continent of the world on a soul searching journey of growing, learning and evolving, and along the way over 10 years ago I studied to be a yoga teacher in India. I've since been to India to further my studies 3 times. I'm forever a student and always learning new modalities of holistic healing. Nature, Yoga, Soundhealing, Breathwork, sea Swimming, and time with family and friends are my favourite ways to spend my time. I'm a Mommy of 2 young children who I adore and so I truly understand the need for wellness and selfceare time as a busy Momma. You'll find me teaching yoga at wellness festivals, on the beach,in parks, come along for fun and tea chats after. I host dreamy sound healing events that will leave you feeling ultimate peace and bliss.I hope to connect with some of you soon.

How I cure my hangover 🍷✨😝

Friday nights are always date night for myself & Thomas. Some wine, all the nibbles, proper catch-ups & some laughs 💛

I woke up this morning feeling a bit rough (not hanging, just a bit meh 😅). So I took myself to an epic calisthenics class and I felt an instant energy boost. I left feeling so good 😊

On the way home I thought, right, time to put something good into my body 🥬 so I grabbed bits for a green juice. I’ve been slacking since the seasons changed with my green juices. I’m great with them in spring and summer, but I’ve fallen off lately. Bonus is
the kids love them too because the frozen pineapple makes them taste sweet 🍍

Healthy habits really do have ripple effects. Doing something good for your body doesn’t just make you feel good in that moment, it then sets the tone for the rest of your day… 👌🏻

Now I’m feeling fresh, buzzing, hydrated, and excited for pumpkin picking with the kids 🎃. Later tonight I’m doing a little breathwork & sound healing session on Thomas (I can’t wait 😌) a different kind of date night.

Of course, I’m not perfect some days I do want to lounge, eat rubbish, and chill out completely. And that’s okay too. But I know which choices make me feel high on life rather than stuck in a low vibration. And today, I’m choosing the good stuff ✨
