Adding your contact details to your canoe, paddleboard, kayak, or other kit helps us reach you quickly if you ever get separated from it. If we find your equipment, we can contact you straight away to confirm you’re safe.
Once they arrive, write your details on and stick the label securely to your equipment.

❓What should an adrenaline auto-injector (AAI) look like? ❓
Adrenaline degrades over time and may be less effective after the expiry date, so make sure you replace your adrenaline devices on time.
Check your AAIs (Jext and EpiPen) regularly to make sure the liquid is clear and colourless. If it seems discoloured or contains particles, replace it.
Remember to sign up to your device's free expiry alert service via the manufacturer's website.

🌟 This week, we had the privilege of delivering First Aid training sessions for our incredible young carers, in partnership with Bernardos Charity and 🙌
We delivered two empowering sessions: a morning session tailor made for 8-11 yrs, and an afternoon Basic Life Support class for young people aged 12-17. 💪
It's not just about learning life-saving skills; it's about building confidence, compassion and a stronger community. These young carers are true heroes, and it's a privilege to support them. ❤️

The 1981 Health and Safety Regulations require all employers, including the self-employed, to provide First Aid Training so employees can be given immediate attention if they have an accident or fall ill at work. Our courses can be tailored to suit your work space and activities. You are welcome to join an Open Course or we can organise onsite training for your team at your workplace (minimum 4 people).
